We won’t try to confuse you with hundreds of pages of Terms & Conditions. Below we will bullet point our main terms and conditions you should be aware off before buying anything from us. These are the terms that you will have to agree to and be aware off before you order anything from our online store.

Here are a few terms we wish to highlight.
- A delivery charge of €6.95 incl vat is applied to all orders. For customers located near our warehouse (Ardee & Surrounding Areas) free delivery will be provided.
- Although some orders will be with you the following day we do not guarantee next day delivery we do strive to get your order to you within 2 – 3 working days.
- In some instances items may be out of stock regardless of what the online shop illustrates, we receive stock every day and will ship items that our out of stock to you as soon as possible which is usually within 2 – 3 days.
- Some items have longer waiting times before we dispatch the order (i.e art supplies, premier depot items etc..) we will ensure to inform you by e-mail of any orders that we expect to take longer than 2 – 3 days.
- We will inform you of any delays in you receiving any items, items not available within the expected time can be arranged to be sent on when it becomes available and the standard delivery fee will be charged unless we fail to inform you of this within 2-3 days of your order.
- If you wish to return anything please be aware that we will cover any costs of returning any faulty items PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY FAULTY ITEMS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. If you wish to return items that are not faulty you legally have a 14 day cooling off period to arrange the return of the goods you are liable to pay the shipping costs of returning the products.
- We will reimburse you of the cost of the goods as soon as we inspect the goods for any damage. We are obliged to do this within 14 days.
- Please ensure you when ordering ink or toner supplies you are 100% sure of the ink or toner you require. We can not refund you for ink or toner that is unsealed by you.
- Large and bulky items may have additional delivery charges which we will discuss with you prior to shipping, any additional shipping charges may be invoiced by a third party or by our store.
